Home Inspections...Our pre-purchase Home Inspection Reports have become one of the "standards" in the NYC metropolitan area. We're very flattered that they are constantly being copied, cloned and mimicked.
Standards... Our reports are based on a visual, professional examination of the building that adheres to the rigid ASHI® (American Society of Home Inspectors) national standards as well as complying with New York and New Jersey home inspection laws. Be advised that every report also includes an NPCA Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report that is required by every local bank or lender.
Fees... For information about our Home Inspection fees, including EPA/NJ certified Radon Testing, go to the Area Map/Fees and click on the community where the house is located.
