Brian has been professionally inspecting buildings for us full time since 1998, coming from a background of  renovating buildings.

He has over 3,500 professional inspections under his belt and holds both a New York and a New Jersey Home Inspector license (the NJ license is WAY harder to get and keep). Brian is always taking courses in construction and has passed the IRC (International Residential Code Plumbing Code course - a tough nut) and is presently involved in the rest of the IRC Mechanical Code.

These code tests are far and above the requirements needed to maintain a home inspectors' license and he is therefore a walking resource for anyone who uses him.... . Folks, pick his brain... no additional fee required - its free!

Brian also has a  Radon Measurement Technicians License and a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License.
