OK... Here's where we toot our own horn...

We're a team of seasoned engineers and construction experts who professionally evaluate the physical condition of existing buildings, including all of their major mechanical systems, for Purchasers, Building Owners, Co-Op and Condominium Associations, Lenders, and Management Corporations throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and New Jersey.

With 30 straight years of inspection experience, we have written reports on over 25,000 different buildings- approximately 40% of which contain multiple apartments, offices or commercial/industrial space.

Wow... that's a lot of buildings! 'gives you a headache just thinking about how many miles of dangerous wiring and deteriorated piping we have found... It also gives you a sense of the depth of experience and knowledge that our people have.
